I’ve had a really great experience renting through Jo & Co. The team has been professional, super friendly, and quick to respond to any queries or maintenance issues. Renting through an agency that genuinely cares about its tenants was refreshing as this is rare in London.
We initially had a positive experience with this company - polite and professional. Unfortunately, this changed towards the end of our tenancy, when they became completely unresponsive. I wish them the best, but I cannot in good faith recommend them.
I had a great experience as a tenant, with Marisa & Julia, acting on behalf of my landlord. Throughout my tenancy, Marisa & Julia was always professional, responsive, and approachable. Any issues or queries were handled quickly and efficiently, making the entire renting process smooth and stress-free. They are very bad and fraudulent estate agent , they rent out bad houses with mold, paint it and make it look good before they rent it out , very bad company
