Bought a lovely little car from this place which unfortunately developed issues with the clutch/gearstick that had to be seen to twice. Josh was amazing to be fair; some dealers would have gone quiet not responded to messages etc but on both occasions he made sure there was recovery of vehicle, and came bsck to garage at 7pm to give me a courtesy car etc He had the work done quickly and now it drives like a dream.Good service and a decent guy too. Would recommend definitely and will use again when I need to change next. 100%
Josh was superb, nothing was too much trouble, we test drove a few cars, he gave us as much time as we needed even though we arrived very late due to traffic. He gave me a very reasonable price for my old car. Our new Citroen DS3 had a full MOT and service, everything was done to ensure the car was as good as it could be, including refurbishment of the wheels. Josh was very helpful, friendly and polite from the minute we entered the garage and was not pushy about the sale of the car. He understood my circumstances and ensured the safety of the vehicle before completing the transaction. Additionally to this, he was very efficient in servicing the car and getting it ready for my purchase. The vehicle had a fair price and in good condition. I would highly recommend this garage.
