Spent over a YEAR trying to get my V5 log book from these people, nothing but constant lies and excuses, not going through HMRC and DVLA sending them the entire email chain
Bought some parts from jack for my Yamaha mt-125. All came as described, promptly and communication was good. Would recommend and will be using again.
Brought a suzuki gsx r from these guys transaction was straightforward the bike was delivered the next day.. The engine light came on the next day after riding.I contacted JNR they came and collected that evening was extremely apologetic about the issue. The bike was returned with the fault cleared and new part fitted. Very professional good customer service. cheers guys
Bought a nice 125 6mth ago, wanted to play on it before I made any comments... well.. all I can say is 10/10 jack and crew. Easy and friendly, knowledgeable to deal with, easy purchase, delivered to my door, more than happy to answer all of my stupid questions, and help me wiv security options and advice, need to book my first service, but I can honestly say it's been a pleasure to ride no probs, Awsome cheers boyzz♠️
Bought a motorbike from JNR Motorcycles I have purchased a Honda CB125F and had it delivered to my door, Jack who dealt with everything the best way possible must recommend haven’t had any issues with the bike top notch had an issue with only my logbook not arriving after 6 weeks but once I called him he solved it and did not ignore that keep up the pristine work Jack!
