I would highly recommend JNL Lifts. We were having constant issues with our previous service providers where our lift was breaking down every couple of weeks. We contacted JNL Lifts to see if they could assist and after carrying out a repair I am pleased to say our lift hasn't broken down in over 6 months
We are extremely disappointed with the service provided by JNL. They sent different engineers on four separate occasions, and despite paying over £2,000, the lift broke down again within a month of their last visit. We will definitely not be using their services again—an absolute waste of both our time and money.
JNL supplied our project in Cheltenham with 2 platform lifts. We found Marcel and Co to be very professional, helpful and informative. These works are very specialised and JNL worked closely with our design team to deliver an excellent product. Their attention to detail was key to delivering this product on time, and to satisfy all compliance policies. Very disappointing experience with JNL. They refurbished our lift and the brass finish they used tarnished within 3 months, it was not treated to brushed brass and is impossible to clean. They refuse to do anything about it and we now have to pay several thousands pounds with another lift company to replace
