Waited in all morning for a quote after taking the morning off from work, but they didn’t turn up. No phone call to say they were running late. Not very happy with the customer service. So no won’t be using them. Complete let down
JNF were easy to deal with, from initial enquiry through quotation to completing the work. Very professional, really pleased with their work would definitely recommend.
I found JNF to be very professional in their dealings with me and very well organised in the way they carried out the re-roofing of my house which includes several dormers. Some issues had to be addressed and Jamie went out ofhis way to ensure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. By including an insurance backed warranty JNF offer a complete and competent service.
Don't have an image as it is now dark when writing this review however, I have seen the work and it is really impressive. Firstly, I spoke to two of the ladies in the office who were very accommodating and extremely helpful. I explained my issue and the need to get the work done as soon as possible but, realising Christmas was coming up, it was going to be a struggle. Really good company, scaffolding up on the Thursday, tiles on the Friday, job start following Tuesday, hit a snag with rotten gable end timbers, sent me photos, job finished Wednesday, scaffolding down Friday, very efficient, no complaints whatsoever
