Buying a car was amazing. However, everything since has been horrible making car maintenance appointments are very hard to make. Getting things fixed are super hard and no help from them trying to figuring out what could cause it. I said a few things the other day to my wife wile in the waiting room And none of the employees that where walking past asked how they could help. I will not return due to there poor poor customer service.

This is by far the most worthless, poorly run business I have ever encountered. At this point the best thing they can do for their customers is close down. I was promised the financing would be done before I had to leave for work and the vehicle would be properly cleaned. It was more than clear that the sales man who moved the vehicle to the gas it up smoked a cigarette inside my truck. I am appalled.
I would not recommend this dealership in any capacity.

Service advisor Andy and his service team took great care of my truck. They found an issue my truck had for over a year that another local dealership could not and fixed it. Recommend JN service department and yes I am military, professional and helpful. Thanks Andy and team JN.

Service you ask for? Service is highly disappointing. An oil change should never take 2 plus hours. It's a simple process you remove the oil plug, drain the oil, remove the oil filter, replace filter, replace oil plug and fill. Even if you don't know much about cars you can't tell from my write up that even an average person without mechanical experience or training should be able to do it in I say 30mins. It's one wrench and a possible oil filter wrench, so even if you need to go buy the tools it should never take 2 hours. ... read more

I bought my trailblazer ss 2007 here last 2006 october, the salesman made a mistake he put pick up truck instead of mpvh or suv, I called JN many times nobodies answering my call. What a shame!
If there were no stars I would give no stars! The worst customer service and there prices were a rip off. If you are military stay away from this place! There is no accountability to there pricing or actions. The female service manager who referred to us as 'you people' is either racist or just plain disrespectful. Apparently 'you people' are always complaining about pricing. If they seemed reasonable then 'us people' would not have a problem paying there fees.
