Went to look at the 2007 corvette in there lot way over priced for the condition of the vehicle so before I start on this let me say I have owned two corvettes and I know what the cost factor is to repair them and maintain them. Front end on this vehicle is damaged cost to replace front end around $4.000 convertible top Torn about $700 to repair not to mention numerous other items. JN literally lost the used vehicle I was attempting to purchase. I came in trying to buy a vehicle outright, no finance, picked one out they said it needed to be ran through service and that was the end of my contact with them. I called a week later to follow up, was told they didnt know where the vehicle went. Was told again they would find out more.....crickets. Hahahaha what a joke. Spend your money elsewhere.

After receiving a recall notice for the Takara airbags on my husband’s Pontiac Vibe, we scheduled an appointment for several days later with J N Chevrolet an authorized GM dealer. Despite J N’s knowledge of the car model and the recall reason, they kept the car for about TWO WEEKS! claiming that they needed to get parts. During that time my husband got charged for a two day rental from Enterprise which supposedly had an “arrangement “ with J N. My husband and I bought a brand new Colorado this weekend and it was the best buying experience we’ve had!!!! This is hands down the best dealership I ever been too. From the first time coming to them to us leaving the dealership with our new truck. The team from Andrew in sales, Nate in sales, Jason as general sales manager and Andrew in finance. Those guys fought hard and made sure we got what we wanted for a good deal.
