They sold us a lemon!!!! We traded in our truck and got a 2014 Traverse. It was 6 days and the transmission shifts hard and slips when going up a hill. I contacted the sales man Luke and he ignored our text messages. We have been down to JN 2 days straight explaining to them the problem. Be aware if you choose to purchase a vehicle here! Worst customer service dealership I have ever dealt with. Please save yourself the headache and avoid this dealership at all costs!!!
We just bought a car from them 1.5 weeks ago and started noticing cockroaches, now we're seeing all stages of them. When I called they had me speak to a manager and I asked if they offered any pest control service since the car is infested with roaches (it's a new car) and I was told to go to the store and buy the raid foggers and bring it in to them and they would fog my car for me. Customer service sucks, and their reps suck. Don’t recommend them, not worth spending your money here, go somewhere else! James is one of the most unprofessional sales reps there. If you don’t know how to treat customers, you don’t belong selling cars. People want to give you money, and this is how you treat them? #JNChevroletNimitz #servicesucks

JN Sales Nothing bad to say, Only good really Blew my expectations however the service department sucks so many disconnects no customer service they don't care explains their mailbox is full and does not return any phone calls 4 months working on a problem, And guess what still not resolved still my own problem and I still have to Chase them down.
