I had an awful experience with JN Chevy. The driver's side window control stopped working on my car, so I brought it here to be fixed. I paid around $330 to have it fixed. Not even two days later, it had stopped working again. When I called to let them know, the manager told me they "can't guarantee wiring" and told me I could bring the car back in for service again and pay around $480 to have it serviced a second time. Honestly, this is some of the worst service I have ever experienced in my life and I'm beyond infuriated. ... read more

Love the car we got, unfortunately worst experience ever dealing with a dealership. The JN Chevrolet in Hawaii is a joke, from receptionist to management. I had better experiences with customer service at a fast food drive thru.
