Following a flood in our bathroom we wanted to find the same flooring.JMS bent over backwards to try and get it. They were unable to as it was discontinued but were so helpful and we found an even better one which was fitted perfectly. The staff at JMS are friendly efficient and endlessly patient and we thoroughly recommend this shop.
Lady in the shop not pushy in the slightest, very friendly tried to help save you money where possible. Chap that came out to measure up was friendly. On the day of the fitting we weren’t given any time frame for when to expect them. The carpet was left in a hell of a mess when they left, I have never had a carpet fitted where I need to spend more time hoovering it to clean up all the bits than it took for them to fit it.
