I attended JMC with muscle pain in my back. After the 1st visit it was a lot lot better, I was then given exercises to do which realy helped. Attended again 2 weeks later for more treatment and a few more different exercises and now glad to say my back is now better.
Excellent service, would recommend
I can honestly say that I was very surprised at how quickly I began to feel better. I was given a few gentle exercises to do at home. And within a short time, 2 weeks max and the pain had eased and I was able to reduce the amount of painkillers that I was on. Highly recommend their services.
Lovely reception area and a warm welcome. I had started physio with Kenny who was very helpful and knowledgeable but had to change to Jamie due to a change of working days. My shoulder has never felt better. Very kind and patient and instantly puts you at ease as this is a bit out of my comfort zone. I would absolutely recommend JMC.
