If you are the vendor of the house on Gleadless Common, I would recommend you change estate agent. I've called twice to ask for information about the lease and the council tax band and to arrange a viewing. I was told Simon would contact me. Simon hasn't contacted me, nor has anyone else. They're cheap for a reason and the reason is pretty obvious.
DO NOT USE - especially if you are a young couple/family. They count on you not knowing the legal process of claiming your deposit back and take advantage that you probably won’t have access to legal counsel. We did not care if we received our deposit back and reiterate that they can do whatever they need to complete the deposit. Poor customer service. I can see why they don't have many properties on their books. No communication, fail to return your calls, office locked on a Saturday when it states there open. Really difficult to deal with. Avoid.
