Julie was so professional she talked through the procedure so i understood what would happen , i felt totally confident & comfortable with her . A really brilliant service and can hear 100% better and the procedure was totally pain free . would definitely recommend anyone to see her having hearing issues .
Had my ear wax problem sorted out and I have to say I am very impressed from booking in to every thing which was going to happen during the wax removal. I have to say after it was finished and I was given a do,do not sheet of paper I got home and found I had to turn my TV right down to how I had it. I think the other plus is you are supported someone running a local firm against giving your money to a big national firm.
