I submitted a genuine enquiry regarding a vehicle that remains advertised for sale with Jamie Mears Cars Limited on Wednesday, 27th August. However, I did not receive any reply. As a prospective purchaser, I found this lack of basic communication to be both disappointing and unprofessional. Moreover, I have since purchased elsewhere, but I believe this is a valid and fair observation of my experience.
Saw a car on Facebook that Jamie was selling, rang him to book an appointment to view car, he left me alone to view car, never pestered me, just came over when I asked questions. Well recommended, pleasant, happy, well mannered lad.
Bought a ford transit custom from Jamie and his dad and what a pleasant experience it was! From start to finish it was a really comfortable sale, easy to get along with and really helpful. A couple of advisories on the van noticed on first viewing and the lads took it straight to the garage and sorted everything out before delivering it to my home. Great service and would highly recommend, warranty and breakdown cover included with the van and valeted and cleaned upon sale. Highly recommended!
Just got home after buying a car from Jamie. He was very friendly and helpful would absolutely recommend!
Recently bought a car off Jamie and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Walked in on a Saturday not realising we needed an appointment, but Jamie was there and was more than happy to deal with us with a friendly and professional but not pushy approach. Got a great little car and as well as being priced fairly it came with a year's free breakdown cover, an MOT and free delivery. I've already recommended JM Cars to a friend looking for something reliable and economical. Thanks so much Jamie!
