Lance first visited us almost exactly 5 years ago, soon after we'd moved into our home, when we discovered a mouse and rat problem. He was really diligent, visited us three times, laid bait and identified where the vermin were getting in, soon resulting in no further problems. He then came to visit us again yesterday as we'd heard scratching on or in the roof.
