I play netball and have been seeing Jack regularly to address some injuries and minor niggles. Jack is very knowledgeable and discusses my areas of concern at each appointment then offers advice for improving and massage to loosen up my tight muscles. I always feel less pain and stiffness after each visit. Would 100% recommend Jack’s services.
Very thorough treatment which pinpointed the issue. After which I had much more movement, relief and advice on how best to strengthen.

Jack is a great therapist, always polite and friendly during the treatments. Have booked and rebooked as the service is very good. Always look forward to the treatment. Aftercare advice is also helpful.
