UPDATED Just had another fantastic treatment with Dr Katherine, who took the time to discuss the best approach for my upcoming wedding. It was, as always, a delightful experience with Dr. K. The aftercare instructions were thorough, and there were helpful tips for managing any potential side effects, although I have never experienced any with her treatments. The new clinic is open, bright, and welcoming. I would certainly recommend it for skincare and anti-aging treatments.
First and last visit. I booked a lip filler appointment for 08/08/2025 at 15:00 (name: Greta). No one informed me of any delay, yet I was left waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. When the practitioner finally arrived, she asked if I wanted to proceed or cancel — of course I cancelled. I have never had an appointment start half an hour late with zero notice, especially for an expensive, time-sensitive treatment like this. It completely ruined my mood for the day. Not the way to welcome a new client.
I had an amazing experience at JK Aesthetic! I came in for Botox and was really impressed with how professional and welcoming the entire team was. Dr. Katherine is absolutely lovely and she’s not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and has a calm, inviting atmosphere. I’m so happy with my results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
