When we first had pigeon prevention measures fitted, we were thrilled. However they only lasted a year. We have contacted this company multiple times as we were told it would have a guarantee. We have been ignored and are stuck with nightmare pigeons on an our tenants property.
Living on the edge of a village, with farmland around, neighbours keeping chickens, horses etc., and many neighbours feeding birds (yes, we do too), we are in a location with an on-going rodent problem. Whilst we tidy up excess bird food and have gotten rid of our compost bins, rodents still come in from neighbouring properties.
