Always a great meal at Jimmy G's! Had to try the turtle soup, which really was quite tasty with just the right amount of spice. It was served with a side of sherry which did bring out the flavors. I then had to have grilled oysters as my main course as that is what they are famous for. As usual, they didn't disappoint. Give them a try.
Always good and the drinks are good. I recommend this place for good seafood and casual atmosphere

Awesome and delicious
What an incredible place for Cajun seafood! I sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the cook place oysters on the grill. I asked what it was and he pointed it out on the menu. It's their house special grilled oysters. Next thing I knew he brought me a sample and it was delicious. I ended up ordering the Crabmeat Au gratin (which was fantastic) but I will be back tonight to try a full order of the grilled oysters. Great place with awesome service and friendly servers. I highly recommend it.
