Jimmy G's best seafood hands down!!Javier is the man!! Frog legs are the best I've ever had.
Just rating 5 for the free calamari, however the ambiance is very nice. all of the food was fantastic the calamari was rich, and even though they didn't have swordfish, my server Dj recommend that I get another entree that was well worth it.
My favorite place for crawfish. Seriously the best ever. The Service is always remarkable. They treat you well and all of the good is hot and fresh. Crawfish are always plump and tasty.
Wow this place is amazing! Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable! We ordered the grilled oysters a dozen of them and let me tell you they were the star of this dinner. I told my husband I think these might be the best oysters I've ever had. For our entrees I ordered the blackened catfish with mashed potatoes and green truly excellent dish. I forgot to take a picture it was so delicious. My husband ordered the half shrimp and half crawfish etouffee his looked so good. Definitely will come here again!
The food was absolutely delicious. The service was great. They were all so pleasant and so accommodating. The music in the background was really good too. We had calamari, stuffed jalapeño peppers, the seafood platter, cheesecake, and bread pudding. All in all, it was a great lunch outing and I will be returning soon.
We were passing through Houston on our way to a 7 day cruise out of Galveston. Jimmy G's was a short cab ride from our hotel. We ordered the broiled oysters...they were fabulous the waitress suggested we make it a full order and she was right. I ordered the Pork Rib Chops they were cooked as ordered, tender, good portion and very satisfying. My spouse ordered the Mama's Seafood Jambalaya. She thoroughly enjoyed the dish. We highly recommend Jimmy G's and will stop by next time were in Houston.

Down to earth Cajune seafood restaurant with raw bar that local regular customers with children hang out.
Great old seafood and steak restaurant worth your time and worthy of your appetite. Excellent gumbo and my favorite shrimp Po'boy sandwich.
