History Established in 1987. The history of Wichita would not be complete without two names, Walter L. Anderson & A. J. "Jimmie" King. Anderson started our nations first hamburger stand "White Castle" in a rented, remodeled street car in Wichita, KS. King purchased the Wichita brand of White Castle in 1938 and changed the name to Kings-X. Wife ordered Chicken Dinner. We were charged extra for the salad. Also charged extra for a baked potato. She didn't get any veggies. Spent $40 on a $5. meal. Don't waste your time going there.

My Man Rocko is hands down one of the best servers I've ever had at any restaurant, been coming in here since I was 6 and it has yet to disappoint highly recommend
We ordered carry out for lunch today. Not only was the food fabulous as always, but the staff went over and above to ensure a safe experience! We were surprised by their kindness of extra helpings and a surprise piece of pie! Thank you Jimmie’s!
