Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. It didn't occur to anyone that verifying a part before my appointment would be an idea. then I was told I would be called when it came in, never heard the phone ring. First and Last time I will go there.
Jeremy greets you as you drive in for your oil change he keeps you informed on what is happening and how much the cost will be. He truly cares about his costumers

My husband originally took my Jeep to another dealer to get my sunroof fixed. Let's just say they had my vehicle 12 days & botched it up big time. I got it back and took it to Orchard. Chet was very understanding with my problem and agreed to fix it rather than send me back to the dealership that "attempted" to repair it.
