Do not trust this dealership to do your "inspection"! Apparently it does not cover the whole car and you won't know which parts were checked until you need them fixed. What a waste of time and money having gone to this dealer over all these years. Take your business somewhere else, anywhere else, you'll be glad you did.
Brought my car in for an oil change. I was told it would take 50 minutes and my "Promise Contact Time" was an hour and a half. After two hours I asked if my car was done and it hadn't been touched, they forgot to do it.... Thanks guys.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! I bought a $15,000 vehicle and after a week of owning it, it started having issues. Got it in for service on the second week of ownership and they "couldn't waive the fee" to look at the issues if they "weren't covered under warranty" (an additional $105). Of course, the issues weren't covered... This place is a scam and I will not buy another vehicle from them again!
Bought the 4 oil changes for $85 then I ended up selling the truck and they will not let me use the oil changes left on my other Chrysler car. Also they constantly call me after telling them many times to take me off their call list.
So far so good. The advisor Todd greeted me quickly and respectfully which are two things I really like in customer care. Todd also told me that I had a free oil change available in my contract that the other dealership in Clinton Twp. had never mentioned in the past. The problem with my truck was quickly assessed as a bad radio. A new one is ordered and should be in soon. I think I have found a new dealership!
