Went in for oil change and tire rotation with my filthy jeep Cherokee from the back roads . To my surprise she. I was done with the cashier I found my vehicle squeaky clean!! Thank you so much . This kind gesture made my day! Way to go Orchard for great customer service.
Husband went in today to look at some Grand Cherokees. 10 am, everyone's face is buried in their phone or computer. One guy finally asked him rudely if he needed help, as if it was a bother. I'm ready to buy my next ride but it won't be from them. I'll go over to Rochester where they want to make a sale.
The WORST Service Department I've ever been to! I am done with these guys......may have to drive farther for Service but nobody could be worse.
I bought a used Lincoln from this dealership. Ryan Cook had me on the road in 35 minutes after saying I'm buying the car. They're super nice, accurate prices ( compared to KBB ). Overall, the dealership is organized, beautiful, and the staff is wonderful. Thanks Orchard !
You don't give a customer a out the door price on a lease, and then try to bump up the payment at signing, tell me the payment didn't include tax , and navigation set up ,wrong !!!! He lost the whole deal for being dishonest .
