DO NOT leave your lease turn in here!!!!!!!! I leased a new RAM, left the old lease there in excellent condition and 1 month later I received a bill from $365.00 in damages. The leasing company sent me photos of the damage, the truck was side swiped and scratched. The salesperson knows that the turn in was in excellent condition, I turned it in with 3,000 miles less contract. When I contacted 2 managers at the dealership both told it was my problem.

The most rude write up tech & service manager I have ever had the displeasure to deal with !
They handled my vehicle that needed service and to be turned in, while getting me into my new lease. They made everything super easy, and my salesman, Jim Hazen, listened to my needs and found the perfect new car for me. He easily came within my price range, and offered me a no pressure deal. So many dealerships told me the offer expired same day - take it or leave it. I'm glad I "left it" and went to Orchard!
