We miss all the wonderful treats that were offered to customers when it was Orchard (donuts, cakes, fresh apples) because like last night we came straight from work to take delivery & we were there hours & feeling faint! Got my 3rd Ram lease from this dealership. The whole process was great, no pressure, no confusion. They handled all the paperwork and I left with a new truck in about an hour. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Since they changed the name to Jim Riehls Friendly, everything has been great! Couldn't ask for anything else.

We just turned in a lease, and leased another Ram, best customer service! we have been to other dealerships and talked to other people and Jim here at Orchard is awesome! He was not pushy, got us exactly what we wanted, had our truck and paperwork ready when we walked in the door. Another gentleman, I believe Chris, helped with setting my phone up and showing me how everything worked.
