Terrible attitudes in the service department. They are rude and cocky even when they were wrong on diagnosising issues with my Jeep TWICE! I had to contact a different Crysler to get my refund for their mistake! They always over charge and rip us off. This was the last time we will ever go there. After asking where my car was parked (after my service- which wasn’t fixed) I was told to use my panic button to find it. Real nice gentleman, real nice.
Buying a car went great. Service Department absolutely TERRIBLE. Was told no appointment needed, come in and they would take care of me. Arrive and they were nothing but rude, unproffesional, told me it would be about 2 hours to fix everything and in the future I needed an appointment. When I explained I was told I didn't need one, I was lectured like I was a toddler in timeout. Left my Jeep for a Friday appointment at 11 am. Vehicle was not even put up on a lift until Monday at 3:00 pm. Told them exactly what the problem was - still insisted on two test drives. They couldn’t “hear” the problem, but asked to keep it for an additional day to test drive again in the morning. No thanks.
