I've never been a customer ofJim Riehls. However, i called the service department after i locked my keys in my car. This department cut a door key and delivered it to me 35 min away. I was truly amazed by this service! I'll definitely go back to them in the future.
I've gotten 4 vehicles with 2 different sales people from Friendly and have always had the best experience with everyone, sales and service, at the dealership. Keep up the good work!
