I have spent way too much time at this dealership due to multiple recalls and problems with my RAM 1500 pickup so I speak from experience when I say go somewhere else. Example...I just went to get my tires rotated at a Bell Tire and they couldn't do the work because my wheel lock key was still sitting in the techs work area at Jim Riehls from repairs there the week prior. Incompetence!
