Went in for a oil change and fluids checked / topped off. When oil change was completed I asked service guy and was assured all was checked and topped off even walked Me to the mechanic and said all was good just dirty and would need a flush ect.myself knowing my fluid levels on my vehicle before I got there, I inspected the coolant was not topped off even though I specifically asked if it was and if rear differential was checked? This dealership sold me a vehicle and the miles had been rolled back, called to explain the situation to the Business Manager he was rude and argumentative, this dealership is horrible, the vehicle had 40,000 miles stated when purchased when actually it had 70,000+ miles, the worst experience ever
Two years ago I bought a used car (lease turn in) from this dealership. I was told by the salesman (Keith) the car had no prior damage or accidents per the alleged carfax report. I later found out the car had been repaired and repainted. I was also told by Keith I was approved through Capital One finance with an interest rate over 10.00%. They told me if I purchased dealership backed coverage for certain items (engine, electrical, wheels) they could reduce my interest rate to 7.88%. Purchased a vehicle here around this time last year. Take it in for an oil change and learn that the BREAK LINE has been contaminated. I do not use this vehicle very often BTW. So not only is it USAFE. But, this dealership was also unwilling to do ANYTHING to help. I would NEVER buy anything from here again. Not only have you lost us as a customer but, also my parents who had been using you for about 8 years worth of maintenance.
