Do not recommend. Friendly is not anyway I would describe them.
I've honestly never had a good experience here. Brought my Sebring here once or twice and every time the issue got worse. I looked into buying a vehicle here at both of them were overpriced and had mechanical issues. At $10,000+ I'd expect a used car on a lot to have these issued remedied.
I have had multiple issues when I have taken my vehicle in to get an oil change/tire rotation. The first time, they put my vehicle through their car wash, and my hitch cover got ‘ripped off’ in it. I asked the service guy about it and was told it must have come off before I was there. They made me purchase a new one, then called me a month later and said they found it. They’re not friendly at all. Horrible place.
Callous employees whom sat by and watched while a man was injured and their course of action was inaction.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! They left an innocent young man to die on their property and instead of calling 911 for help they decided to go work on the vehicle and call his employer instead! Horrible service if u ask me! Everyone of the employees that were there that day should be ashamed of themselves!
They are absolutely rude and disgusting for just standing there and watching someone in agony trying to call 911 they should be ashamed of there employees
I’m devastated to hear that not only were your employees not willing to help someone in need, but they also allowed repairs to be done on a vehicle while someone was suffering. I hope this will be seen throughout the county, and that potential customers will go elsewhere.
