Everyone was so nice, no “pushy” sales people. It has been 9 years since we purchased a new car and our “new” car, I think, is smarter then I am. Our sales person was very patient explaining everything.

Left our 2016 Chevy Silverado last week on Wednesday to just a do diagnostic and oil change with Russell in the service department took it and said it will be 24 hours well he was wrong we called Friday and Russell said hasn’t heard anything from the service department. I took my truck there to get serviced and to get repaired and both times they were very friendly and were not trying to up sale me on anything. I will always go there with my truck.

Awful! ***** was ******** inappropriate with me! Inappropriately touched me. The car was not what I was assured it was. The transmission was bad the door does not open the breaks squeak and there is a burning smell coming through the vents. I made my first 2 payments only having the car in my possession for 3 weeks! Woman need to be aware! If he doesn't hear what he wants to hear he will call you yelling at you! This dealership only cares about a sale! They are pushy and impatient when it comes to you signing. If you're in the market for a vehicle, do not buy from Jim Glover Chevy on the River in Tulsa. They are the worst all around. The Jeep we bought from them on August 27th turned out to be a piece of **** with transmission problems. The only thing we were told about was the AC needed recharged, which they fixed and we picked up the vehicle and took it home for the first time on August 31st. It instantly started giving us trouble and would stutter in between 2nd and 3rd gear. We called and made an appointment to drop the vehicl... read more

I just got a engine from Jim Glover They fixed my engine but when I got my car parts was missing from inside the car was gone. Ask the service advisor Russell about the part he said he was going to Order the part and he never call back

The absolute worst experience I've had with buying a vehicle! I was lied to and they are trying to make me feel like I'm the one who was wrong. Bought a brand new 2022 (custom order) that was missing some of the things I included in the build! Didn't get my entertainment that was supposed to be included in the price as me and the salesman discussed then I was told I had to pay more money if I wanted the things added! $69,000 and my car is falling apart and so poorly put together! Everyone at Jim Glover has always been extremely attentive and helpful. I will not go anywhere else to buy vehicles. I've been buying vehicles from Bruce for over 20 years and have no reason to do otherwise!
