Everyone was so nice, no “pushy” sales people. It has been 9 years since we purchased a new car and our “new” car, I think, is smarter then I am. Our sales person was very patient explaining everything.
Left our 2016 Chevy Silverado last week on Wednesday to just a do diagnostic and oil change with Russell in the service department took it and said it will be 24 hours well he was wrong we called Friday and Russell said hasn’t heard anything from the service department. I took my truck there to get serviced and to get repaired and both times they were very friendly and were not trying to up sale me on anything. I will always go there with my truck.

Awful! ***** was ******** inappropriate with me! Inappropriately touched me. The car was not what I was assured it was. The transmission was bad the door does not open the breaks squeak and there is a burning smell coming through the vents. I made my first 2 payments only having the car in my possession for 3 weeks! Woman need to be aware! If he doesn't hear what he wants to hear he will call you yelling at you! This dealership only cares about a sale! They are pushy and impatient when it comes to you signing.
