They were nice but typical car salesman. Put you through a ton of **** to make you stress out and scramble to get things together when you’ve been waiting for almost a week to get the car you purchased. No one ever called me for updates, I had to call and inquire about the status. Told the car would be ready on Tuesday, (after purchasing Thursday) when we arrived we had to wait almost an hour for them to tell us that it would be 2 hours to get the car. I have been going here for couple of years for service of my car. They always do a good job. They explain what’s going on and what else may be needing looked into. They are friendly and helpful. I have no complaints.
Terrible service. Sold a car without going through it. Provokes from the first day. Claim our salesman was fired. Business manager left and parts manager who was supposed to get parts fired. Always an excuse. 2 trips to Tulsa to get a $80k Tahoe fixed with no resolve. Wasted day, gas and time. Don’t buy the warranty it does not cover everything

My salesman Cass *******, was very disrespectful towards me, he yelled an screamed at for no reason at all! Even tried to put me out of the car I already purchased….Being a woman buying a car is hard enough, dealing with disrespect, verbal abuse, and yelling with lack of consideration is absolutely unprofessional an uncalled for!!!!
