Horrible service I asked for a tire repair among oil change, and rotation it was not fixed and due to heart surgery I had to pay 100 dollars to someone to come out on Sunday, stick to Price tire, best service in state.

Dropped by *** Glover ***** to purchase ***** Tahoe they had on display on the ramp our front. Was exactly what I had been looking for online. Salesperson misstated price, could not find keys, and could not get anyone to bring vehicle off ramps so I could see interior. Test drove newer model to get similar experience, but salesperson still had no info on vehicle or could get access to it when we returned so had to leave and continue conversation via text. Purchased a 2024 ***** traverse in May. It was delivered first week of June. Drove for a week had to take back due to electrical issues. Didnt get the car back for 2 1/2 weeks. Car was fine until a few weeks ago. The paddle boards behind the steering wheel are not working and the dash screen is glitching. Called service to see if I could be given a loaner so I may bring my car in for repairs and they told me they were booked out until November. Promised to give me a call when I could bring in but its been two weeks and still... read more

Really bad experience. Under paid for trade in and harass me all the time. I had block to block them on my phone. There wasnt a chance to think about the purchase on a holiday weekend. The bank was closed so I ended up financing and it was a big mistake. They didnt give me my car back after only a test drive and shoved papers under my nose so far I didnt even get to read them. I was alone and every dealer in the area capitalized on it. When my friend came to help me they threatened to press charges and no one would help us. ... read more

I had my battery checked at ******** and they told me it was a bad battery. I took my vehicle to Jim Glover Chevrolet off of ********* because thats where the battery was purchased and it was still under warranty. The service advisor that helped me was *******. I waited over three hours to get a battery replacement. Every hour I would check with ******* to see what was taking so long he said they had to test the battery for the warranty and after two hours sure enough he said it was a bad battery and it would only take 25 mi... read more
