They screwed me over after they accepted 100% liability when their customer totaled my car. Terrible claims process, terrible customer service, terrible experience all around. Would not compensate me for the actual value of my car. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not recommend ever working with them in any way

I've had an awful and misleading experience filing a claim with State Farm. The "State Farm Select Service" Autobody shop that I took my vehicle began work on my vehicle before I ever received an estimate and now I am stuck with a $1000 bill to fix a cracked bumper. Had I received this estimate beforehand I would not have agreed to the repairs since the car is still drivable. My teenage daughter was rear ended by a State Farm client. They were promptly responsive at the beginning of the claim. However, once they said what they could do, they left everything in our hands and provided zero support. They claim department appears to by employed by inexperienced adjusters that have zero authority. So it is either take it or leave it without doing significant research and work on your own. Very Poor Customer Service. Accident took place on a Friday 530pm downtown Denver. Had to get the car off the street and had to have it towed to their impound lot. Contacted State Farm Claims dept. and they said they needed it at one of their lots (State Farm). It was moved and it took a couple of days for the estimate. We were not sure if car was going to be classified as a total loss. State Farm gave me an estimate for the car to be fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY/ HORRIBLE SERVICE Kathy Bulzasky agency will be sticky sweet to you as they sign you up for a policy and take your money, but if you have any issue they will not be there to assist you. I was left five hours road side in the dark with two senior dogs because State Farm's third party towing vendor employee(s) failed to complete the work order securing and dispatching a tow truck. I've been with State Farm for over a decade. During this time my monthly bill fluctuated drastically from month to month and no matter how many hours I spent on the phone with agents, they could not get the issue resolved consistently nor could they explain the billing to me. On many occasions they would do a full financial analysis in order to prove I was not being overcharged, which of course took days since the whole system is a disaster. If i could give them zero stars i would, i have only been with state farm for 2 years and this year I'm canceling this crap, their agents all tell you different things, they are extremely rude, one agent even accused me of stealing the money after THEY sent the money to the company who never did the work like I'm not paying the insurance in the first place, they cover absolutely nothing, all they do is take your money, one girl claimed that she didn't even talk to me after my husband confronted her but i had receipts, I'm gl... read more

Do NOT pay these people money because they will take it and say you don't have insurance. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company!! Now I am stuck with no car and I made a payment 14 days ago. There is still NO payment showing up on my account. It has processed through my bank and I have a receipt and no resolution.

If ZERO was an option for review... that would be my choice. I am a Loyal State Farm (SF) client since 1976. Did NOT select Michael Hebert as agent. For some reason my business was given to him automatically after prior agent retired/passed. Held auto, renter & home ins with them my entire life. Called him in Dec 2020 to request workman's comp. coverage for just myself as small business owner (self employed). Was provided a quote of approx. $120/mo and I accepted.
