I recently switched over to agent Cathy Warren with State Farm and it has been an absolute nightmare. I have been with state farm for 10 years and I have always made my payments on time earlier this year my wife hit a deer and a couple months ago she accidently hit a car on a small side street. Now they are dropping my insurance just because I used thr services ive been paying for. This is boarder line for being a scam they will take your money forever but if you cost them any money they will drop you. I should be entitled to a refund for the last 10 years of payments of they just want to drop me like this.
If I could give zero I would. They do not care about their customers and they have terrible customer service and professionalism.each employee will tell you different things and pass the buck. A state farm insured hit my son Nov. 2021. My car has front end damage that when you start the car up it sounds like it might explode. After months of searching for repair shop we found one. The end of Jan we were told that bcs the car was not safe to drive we would be put in a rental. we were put in a rental & a check was mailed out for estimate repairs. I recently was in a accident 1 month ago on Valentines Day and the other person was at fault. I filed a claim immediately with my insurance which is State Farm. Please note that I am paying for FULL COVERAGE on my brand new truck that is not even 6 months old. State Farm REFUSED to pay the correct amount of the estimate that it was sent to them and I am planning to SUE STATE FARM for fraud. This is unacceptable, and I am paying FULL COVERAGE. State farm's 83 year old driver who can't see or hear very well backed into my car and state farm refused to pay for even minor damage. If they avoid minor claims they would never pay a major one.
