I would not recommend them! I filed a claim 2 months ago on my roof, and I have a roofer working with me . They put a tarp on my roof which I had to pay out of pocket $300 because have interior damage too. The claim was $14 over the deductible, The roofer tried to repair the roof and he said it was repairable. Reopened the claim , they sent a 3rd party to inspect the roof and the roofer was there to talk to him , he took a 3 foot sample shingle to be inspected, And my new claim is $1300 above my deductible which I am furious... read more

State farm is not about customers satisfaction, they **** as a company, and all of their agents ****, we've been going back and forth for 6 months to do a claim on our house and its Still not done! DO NOT USE STATE FARM!

State Farm is a horrible insurance company and a fraud . They get your money , but when you have a claim , they refuse to pay . DO NOT USE THEM !

After my car was totaled, I was waiting to get my check from my car. They sent me some paperwork to fill out, to release my car and get my money back after they take the car. I filled out everything that was sent to me. After a few weeks where my money never came I reached out to them and they informed me that they forgot to send me a "power of attorney" for me to fill out. I have been with State Farm for many years and have been in business on my own for over 25. In my experience, whenever an insurance company uses ***** *** ********** to do their audits, I owe money. When State Farm did not use ***** *** ********** I broke even or owed a little. This last audit performed by ***** *** ********** showed I owed over $1,500. I paid overtime during covid to keep my employees and by law, it was not suppose to be considered a part of the audited payroll under special circumstances. State Farm broke ... read more

A driver speeding up my street hit the back of my car. The person was speeding and had NO INSURANCE. St Farm deemed her at fault. St. Farm fixed her car and my car. I was told I was NOT AT FAULT. 16 months later I checked around for an Insurance quote and found out I had an at fault accident on my record with BODILY Injury? Come to find out the guilty party who hit me sued State Farm and what did they do? They put there tail between there legs and reversed the at fault decision to my fault. How dare they do this to me. I had have State Farm for over 20 years, home and auto, never late with payments, on May 20 2022. After a big storm my master bedroom ceiling collapsed and I'm still waiting for them to approved the repairs. I can even stay in my house, Worst insurance company because of their business practices. they do anything in their power so they don't need to pay, they lie,deny, stall they even invent some kind of articles in your policy and do anything and everything to deny your claim, State Farm will do whatever they possibly can t... read more

State Farm is a joke when it come to Home Owners Insurance claims. IF you want to be assured your policy will pay for water pipes or any home damage from water damage then STATE FARM IS NOT FOR YOU. After 20 years of paying for their home owners policy ( 20k invested) they denied my home owners claim for a slow leak and ANY home damage to walls, etc. 15K for plumbing repairs and another 15K for flooring and walls from a "slow leak" was not in their interest to insure. Had a policy with them for 5 years. I had two claims last year. One where I was deemed not at fault and one where I was. They decided not to renew my car insurance. I would understand if they raised my rates, but to not renew is a different story. Up until those 2 incidents I have not had any claims made. I use their drive safe app and have always gotten a good score. I also am always on time with my payments. Do not recommend getting insurance with them.
