Same everyone below. Long time State Farm customer but as soon as you have a claim they deny the claim. We had hail damage. Every neighbor in our neighborhood, who didn't have State Farm, had roof replaced. Adjustor came out and look at our roof, we marked off the damage and took pictures with him. Claims agent called back and stated no damage on the roof. This appears to be the case with every State Farm customer in our area who has any damage. Disappointing. My advice would be to change before you need them!
State Farm is not a good neighbor!!. I was displaced from my condo and now State Farm is no longer paying for my temporary lodging. I have no control over the renovations and supply chain issues but that didn't matter. Hello, we are in a pandemic!! I am currently looking for another insurance company. DO NOT USE State Farm!!!!
State Farm failed me. I had a payed for 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer I had it modded . Custom rims(we paid over 1900), 300 dollar radio installed (price of radio and installation) I went to ********** ******* about 8 months prior to said wreck. I had a freak accident happen I come home to ******* *******. I go and pay ***** auto and body 4000 dollars to fix my windshield, left fender and replace my hood . Called to get approval for pain treatment was told they would pay for anything reasonable and I could call a hundred times and would get same answer!!!I I got treatment and was denied .... Why cant they be a little more helpful rather than confrontational!!!!
Dear Sir/Madam: On May 31st 2022 one of State farm client/customer hit my car in ******** ********* parking lot . Since she was at fault, admit in front of police and agreed to fix our car, I trusted her and didn't make any videos or took any pictures. If you want to spend $10,000+ on inusrance premiums only to be denied coverage or claims then by all means give your hard earned money to state farm. Snake Farm indeed
Switched to State Farm about 2.5 years ago thinking it was a good insurance company. Someone hit my husband about a month ago it it has been a nightmare! They told him it would be better to use our insurance and that they would get payment from the other guys insurance. I called State Farm in May to start insurance on my 2nd vehicle in june. For some reason whenever i paid 159, it changed on the confirmation of payment page for 506. They started my insurance policy in may when i firmly asked to do so in June. I found out that the insurance was started early and i had it canceled immediately. After 30 Years with this company they decided to not renew my Home Owners Insurance because their Underwriters decided that I was a risk. I filed claims twice last year to try and get my roof replaced which they denied. I replaced my roof out of pocket. So can someone explain the risk? This was not a Local insurance decision as they appealed on my behalf which was denied.
