I have been fighting with them for over a week to get the paperwork to sign off on getting my settlement after their driver totalled my car. Every time they told me the paperwork was on the way, I never received it. Now that I have received and sent back, I am still waiting on my settlement. I need that to get my new car. I have been with State Farm for about 5 years and never had an issue (because I never had a problem.) I filed an auto claim September 2nd 2022. Dropped my car of at the auto repair shop on September 7th, they prepared the estimate and submitted it to me and SF for review the next day September 8th. I set up my account for digital payments so the payment would be instant and not have to wait 7-10 business days for a check. I verified all of this online. Statefarm is worst insurance company in nation ...I wouldn't recommend them for bicycle coverage ....we lost everything in house fire ..sept of 2022 ...they treating us like we are criminals ....shame on you statefarm ....no communication or compassionate at ....just a number ..all most month haven't got first dime of loss of use pay ....they don't care ....when they say we are investigating your claim .....that means they looking for ways not to pay you ......********!
Sept 1 2021 we had a tornado/hurricane rip through our property. Destroying our roof, ceiling, and basement flooded etc. We hired a public adjuster to deal with our case. And state farm was extremely incompetent. We waiting nearly a year to get a new SF adjuster to come out and look at our roof and when he arrived he didn’t even bring a ladder.So needless to say the roof didn’t get looked at. Worst Home owners insurance in the country, buyers beware. Super nice people but that doesnt protect you from jack ****. Got wind and hail damage all over my roof and they ignore the hail damage and only want to pay around $1500 for the wind damage. They must be hiring out of the school for the blind. Do yourself a favor before you trust these frauds with your investment, the proof is in the reviews. If you already have them start shopping!!!

While we cannot share specific details in this public response, our Claims Department contacted the complainant on October 14, 2022, to address his concerns. We were unable to resolve this matter to the consumer’s satisfaction, but we will review and consider new information if presented.
They cancel my discount after they told me that discount is active I don’t need to do anything raising my auto insurance up by 50-$60 the customer service I talk to today laughing about it acting like it’s a funny joke how would she feel if her insurance went up $50-$60 for no reason making starting over from scratch on that discount program they can apply that full discount if they wanted to and get my bills back to where it was but they trying to scam for for eXtra $$ that type of behavior is telling your customer to chang... read more
A woman who works at the Margy Gray office in *******, ** ran into the drivers side of my car in a parking lot while I was not moving in May of 2022. She seemed very nice and said she misjudged the amount of space and said she’d report it when she got to work. THAT WAS FAR FROM THE TRUTH. From then on she has claimed that I pulled out in front of her. Ed ********* and his team are the best in our area when it comes to service. They answer the phone and follow-up promptly when needed. They are knowledgeable, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. State Farm has been our insurance co. for years and thankfully so.
Horrible to be a victim of their insurable. They have no accountability for damages to your car repairs if their insured motorists damage your property! Horrible to work with!
