10 days ago I turned in my claim for a Towing as of today it has not even been turned in to the claims it is sitting in the receptionist drawer
This company is UNETHICAL. I have been dealing with several people at State Farm on a claim since April 7, 2022. Their insured backed their truck with a trailer into the roadway blocking all lanes of travel. State Farms insured was cited for improper backing and no license. My son looked away for a second and when he saw the vehicle blocking his lane (all lanes) my son took evasive action by slamming on his brakes but could not avoid hitting the trailer blocking the road. Husband and I needed insurance decided to select state farm. I needed a Sr-22 informed them which we had insurance prior just looking for a better deal, we'll they set us up took our $$ and then called us two days later to tell us they wouldn't report me for my sr-22 I which they knew prior to taking my $$ never deal with unprofessional people again I'm only one but this is the type of people who you can't trust and never do business with

State farm is not the insurance to use. I got into and accident at 730pm call for tow submitted the claim now it's 630am the next day still no tow with children on the side of the Rd. I've Made about 50 different calls literally to still not have nothing done. Everyone keep transferring me or say they setting it up but still no tow. Would give 0 if I could. 20 years with them and Ken in claims mgmt treated me like a criminal. He was smarmy and rude, dishonest and misogynistic. Mansplained and spoke over me and giggled when I said I was leaving and encouraging others to do the same. I had to pull the “sir, I’m speaking” more than once. I have been fighting with these people for over 3 weeks after Ian destroyed my car. I had a new transmission put in 2014. I bought my car in 2013. they ask me how many miles I have on my car. I said I don't know you took my car. they gave me an offer and I turned it down and said my car is worth more. told them to do a review and tell them to look it over again. they told me ok. few days go by they say they can't do a review. I had an issue and needed to have roadside assistance for my vehicle. Unfortunately, the online app would not take my policy number. I ended up calling my agent to confirm that I did have the coverage and was given the proper policy number to input for roadside assistance however the app still did not work for me. I ended up having to call and speak with a person, I didn't get her name but she was absolutely delightful! A few months back I was violently struck by a woman in a car that pulled a gun on me and being that the woman is tied to law enforcement in some family way nothing was done by the police and the way the cop friend of the woman wrote the report, State Farm’s insurance adjuster denied my claim because the woman lied to the cops but everything should have been reported on their body cameras. .
