I filed a claim in January of 2022 from a hail storm in December 2021. State Farm issued me a check for the damages instead of sending it to my Mortgage company 1st to sign off on it.(this was the process). I deposited the check without knowing the mortgage company had not signed off on it. Now here it is 8 months later and I still don't have the money to repair the damages. Every time I call, I get a different person and nobody knows what's going on. I have to explain the situation every time. No one calls and gives you an ... read more

Horrible customer service. No communication. I had to call customer service multiple times. In July, I was rear ended by someone who has State Farm Auto insurance. The damage was extensive and I’m still waiting to have my car repaired (It’s October). Many things were left off of the estimate - like the exhaust. State Farm simply does not care. Thankfully, I have a different insurance company.

My 90 yo mom who lives in a mobile home on our property had a tree fall through her roof on 7-11-2022. State Farm ***** * ***********. They sent out an adjuster a week later and he estimated the total damages of $8,100. We live in a very rural area and getting someone out for this type of damage to an old trailer with a metal roof has proven very difficult. But we got one person to give is a written estimate that was $17,500. I got one other verbal estimate for about the same thing. I met with 2 others that would not even gi... read more

I had renters and car insurance with State Farm for almost 20 years, and in that time, I made exactly one claim, which cost them about $2000, and was not due to fault or negligence on my part. In response, they cancelled my policy, lied about why they had done so (they initially insisted it was an issue with my credit score), and when they admitted it was because I'd made a claim, they helpfully offered to reinstate the policy, but with my premiums more than doubled for at least the next three years. I have subsequently canc... read more

After an auto accident 6 years ago, State Farm has screwed me out of any kind of settlement. Their new business model is to aggressively pursue anybody who loses to them in litigation. My lawyer told me I had a 50% chance of prevailing. If I had gone to trial and lost, I would have been forced to file bankruptcy. They screwed me over and left me with debilitating tinnitus for the rest of my life.

Awful service with the claims department they like to keep playing games and saying that they will do something when they dont. I think they just like stealing peoples money cause that is what it feels like. They obviously spend more money trying to screw you over then they would just paying the claim and yes im putting my adjuster MIKE ***** on blast you definately **** at your job and should go to being a used car salesman that seems more of reasonable job for you.

I sold my vehicle to a man that didn't change the title into his name. He then hit a guy and there was 7,400 in damages ( non injury) that state farm sued me for. Dol suspended me all of this year and will not give a license again until this is settled. BUT EVERY TIME I CALL anyone at STATE farm nobody knows nothing about it but I owe the money. I said who would I talk to if I could pay it? They say idk. I'm on disability and cannot afford food and medication let alone a bill like that from someone else fault. I have the bil... read more
