I came to Broadmoor Family Dentistry for help with dentures. A close friend highly recommended Broadmoor to me after learning I was going to need dentures. He had insurance with another company who he had help him with his . Terrible outcome. Very dissatisfied ! Ended up at Broadmoor paying out of pocket to fix what had already been done to him. He was very satisfied with the results he got from Broadmoor ! Dentist and staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Hoping for the same kind of outcome for myself. 😉
Been going to Broadmoor for several years. Great dentist, hygienist and office staff. Always easy to get an appointment- love the hours of operation!!
I am a very nervous patient and the gal that numbed me for my filling today was so patient with me and took it slow and made sure to talk me through the whole process. It really does make a difference for me and I appreciated it so much.
My tooth cleaner person did a great job of getting my pearly whites up to speed and cleaned. In all honesty she did a great job. Very personable and only admonished me a little bit about flossing which I rightly deserved. I recommend this dentist office.
Experience was excellent! Sorry to hear that the dentist is moving on to Bellingham. Wish him well. Now that I have learned that you have an office closer to me in Richland I will be moving on as well to your new office in Richland.
Just had another great cleaning. The staff is professional and always go out of there way to make sure that your comfortable.
As usual the communication before the appointment was great. When I arrived I was greeted pleasantly by staff. And my favorite dentist not only greeted me with a hand shake but took care of me in a extremely timely manner. I could not be happier with broadmoor Family Dentistry
The personnel at Broadmoor were fantastic and professional. The one complaint I had was that I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen without it appearing to be busy. I could not show up 40 minutes late and expect to be seen so I would expect the same courtesy.

Although, our office may not have seemed busy we do get many emergency visits coming in during the weekend which at times will put us behind schedule. We value your time and will try our best to not do this again, and recommend you schedule future appointments during the week, when we have less emergency appointments coming in.
