String you a long for years on end. No home to offer, leave you struggling til your old and still tell you theres no homes. No consideration for family of residents who pass away either: give an unreasonable timescale to empty property, not allowing family time to grieve. The housing officer who is meant to help you in the process never bothers getting in contact either. This service is appalling

Live here, pay rent, but never ask for anything to be repaired — because nothing ever gets fixed. They’ll come by a hundred times, and every single visit is just a waste of time and an excuse to avoid doing any actual work. I honestly don’t think they even have real professionals working there. You can call or email them every day and they’re still capable of completely ignoring you. Even filing a formal complaint doesn’t make any difference.
