I bought the signature service, and when they did the walk through they said they checked everything. But I noticed that the clutch fluid reservoir was completely empty. When I paid I asked for my free car wash that comes with the signature service and they wouldn't give it to me. Don't see myself going back anytime soon

I was very disapointed. I pulled in and they told me it was going to be about 20 minutes. It was done in 12 minutes way below the ecpected waite time. They also told me a few things to expect but they didn't tell me that they were going to go above and beyond that. I don't like being lied to. Thanks jiffy lube.
