Got told it would be 35 for oil then they told me after they dumped all my oil it was 55. Never in my life have I paid that much for an oil change. Really feel like I got ripped off. Had I known it was 55 walking in the door I would have never came here.
went in to get oil changed and said I wanted the signature service where they top off all fluids the tech comes and trys to tell me my air filter needs replaced which I just had replaced. then tried to charge me more to top off some fluids when I mentioned that other places in town are cheaper and include all fluids I get told well you don't have to come back then I was a little flabbergasted that for a business that says has good customer service to be told that I don't have to come back we'll maybe I will take their advice... read more

Went in for an oil change, left with a tow truck. For some reason they shifted through my gears and they couldn’t get t to shift back to park. They asked if I wanted a tow truck or to be put in neutral and pulled around front. Well apparently me saying pulled around front gave them permission to mess with my cables. Moral of the story is don’t go to Jiffy Lube, unless you want to leave with a tow truck.
If you care about your car DON'T GO HERE!!! Worse customer service in the world. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband took in his car for an oil change and afterwards his car couldn't shift gears to drive AND they didn't do anything about it!!!! They said they could get us a tow truck or just move it to the side of building. This Jiffy Lube is awesome! They always go above and beyond! Their staff is friendly and very helpful! Best of all they are super fast!!! Thanks for your amazing service!
45 minutes do to a Lube, Oil, and Filter service only? Plus it was still a 1/2 quart low when they showed it to me...and charged me $47? Really??? Nope. Not coming back.

My in-laws had their oil change done here before we left for Island Park. The transmission started slipping that evening. Checked the trans fluid and it wasn't even touching the dipstick. I added 6 qts of fluid and found a plug underneath was leaking. I tried to tighten the plug, but it had been stripped out and was loose. When I called them to let them know what had happened, the guy on the phone became very defensive and denied that they had touched the plug. I LOVED coming here with my car. I came in for a routine oil change and was so happy with how kind they were. I also had a battery terminal that was loose and they tightened it for me. I am car savvy and so i was up there showing them where the problems were and all these things and they weren't the least bit annoyed with me. They opened my car door for me and gave me a free car wash voucher. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I am never going anywhere again. My boss went in for an oil change the employee (Austin) was treating him very rudely just treating him like dirt. My boss always where a hat saying that he's a veteran. When he came back from lunch to tell me this story it upset me that this is how they treat our veterans.
