I went to the Jiffy Lube in Baltimore MD on Merritt Blvd. This place takes advantage of women. My car was perfectly fine running great i take it there 3 days ago and as soon as my car leaves the bay it breaks down with an engine service code. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for as long as I've owned a vehicle (about 13 years now), as they've always provided quick, high-quality service. I had my Audi Q7 oil changed here at the location on Eastern and Horizon ridge in Henderson Nevada, they took off a part that they should not have, which took longer than it should have for an oil change. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Jiffy Lube doesn't protect their customer's private info!! They gave out our info to some random customer without verifying who he was. They gave our name, number, and address to some crazy guy who started to threaten and harass us after Jiffy Lube added this guy's vehicle to our vehicle history list by mistake. Recently got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube #**** *****************************************. A few days after my service i got a call from my work telling me my car was leaking too much oil and to please remove it from the parking lot. Got home with the car and found that after it was warmed up the oil was a pretty constant drip from around the drain plug. Jiffy Love failed to check & inform me of fluids needed when I paid for oil change. They no longer post fluids verified checks on receipt. I'm sure this is done to protect them from future lawsuits. Couple of days after I took my vehicle to be serviced, my car overheated. I immediately contacted corporate & they referred me back to franchise manager who never called me back on situation or to explain why no notes were made on my vehicle. Jiffy Lube in Olivette MO, didn't fill my oil completely after an oil change. They discarded my splash shield and left one of the screws on the ground and it went into my tire. Would not go here again.

When they quoted him $200 I asked for them to call me. Gilberto E. called me was very abrasive and rude.
