I was disrepected, lied to twice on phone, told to come out that the inspector was there and not busy.. I left work (twice in one week) & turned away twice for an inspection. 3 people working. VERY MAD ABOUT IT. The 3 punks just smirked and the only thing they were good at was the ability to patronize -- condescendingly. I will NEVER go back and I will others to NEVER go back. I would fire all 3 of them on the spot. No stars.. however, I have to leave at least one, so the review goes through.

THEY ARE TRYING TO ROB YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! DO NOT GO TO JIFFYLUBE I brought in my brand new 2020 Honda Civic for a simple oil change. I never had any issues on the vehicle and its was only around 15K miles when i brought it in, drove great. 3 months after the oil change the engine blows. I am not a car guy so i send it to Honda, where it is still under warranty. I went to jiffy lube to get an oil change ,they didn?t put skid plate on bottom of car back on,got home to find it hang off,went back to location and they told me that the screws were missing when I came in ,not only are they liars they are very confused company with terrible management,please be aware,Honolulu, Hawaii

HORRIBLE company. Their Sherman Oaks, CA Jiffy Lube damaged my NEW Honda CRV on its first oil change, and THREE YEARS LATER, they have yet to offer ANY resolution or to even take responsibility for what they did. It is just beyond disgusting how they feel they are not accountable. I have wasted so many hours trying to resolve something which could have been easily remedied for about $250. Just shameful.

My experience with jiffy Lube i spoke with the manager Brandon and Asstiant Manager Ezekiel about my car so I've been going there for my oil changes for awhile and the second time I got my oil change there my oil pan was great no leaks or anything so I repeatedly drove over there about 4 times telling them that my car was leaing oil so they sealed it with sealant that made my leak stop so the next time I got an oil change the manager Bandon put in a butter fly screw and he told me that I would have to go to another car garge... read more

if there is 0 star, I do not hesitate to give to Jiffy Lube near Junction Rd, Madison WI. No one ever picks up phone. They do not have my filter in stock so they ordered one for me. But never call me, I call but no one picked up the phone. I drove by every other time. they usually told me the filter was not arrived. Until one day, the staff told me they have no more filter that fitted my model. I asked why, he said they just used the filter for another customer. The staff emphasized he did not work there. ust wanted an oil change it is a Fiat 500 so that appears to have been the issue. When I first arrived a rep stated we will need to be sure we have an oil filter in stock, pulled into the bay & payment was immediately taken before "starting" guess that fine if a customer's payment is declined so ok. Process started seems they were having diff accessing the area where the oil housing is lots of going back & forth to find the right tool? I went to Jiffy Lube on Black Lake 8/5/21 morning to ask for diagnostics because I have an old truck and the odometer readings don't work but was told that everything looked good under the hood besides my fan not working properly. I returned that afternoon after running local errands and asked only for an oil change in bay 1 to be proactive and save myself some time and not do the oil change myself. need help had my oil change done at this location and then my engine cease because it was low on oil my car told me it needed oil so i went back there and told the young lady that works in the front that my car needs oil or and oil change and she reply no maybe the button needs to be reset so she reset the button and then she check the oil she said that was fine but 2 days later my car starts smoking on the highway because it was low on oil thanks to jiffy lube??
