Took my vehicle for oil change on 7/30/21. I was informed that they were out of the windshield stickers that informed when my next oil change was due. They said they put this information on my invoice. I depend on the sticker to check my next oil change . I cannot afford to check my next oil change on my invoice, I know I will loose track of when my next oil change is due. What a bunch of "Bozos ". *** **
Bottomline: Do NOT jeopardize your car maintenance by getting service with Jiffy Lube! Went for an over priced oil change and they didn't put all the bolts back in the skid plate. It fell off on the road and was hanging by one bolt. When I called, the 'manager' stated its not their problem and there's nothing they can do. I had to call corporate, which he told me not to do, and now I'm waiting for them to investigate and return back to me.
4 minutes after I left my car started to smoke like crazy and oil going all over the place! I was told to have it towed to my mechanic and they would be in touch. I never heard from anyone! I had to continually try and get ahold of the manager to take care of my $450 bill! I understand mistakes but having to be wait a month to get anything done is ridiculous! Of course nothing was given for the 2 days of no car!
Have been coming here for years. The last two times the new staff aren?t what they use to be. They don?t want to do all the checks and fluid fill-ups and will write down on the receipt that I declined. I don?t think senior leadership realizes what?s going on. If you do go, make sure you?re explicit in letting them know you want all checks and fluid filled up and WATCH THEM. Like I said the service has gone down here from being exceptional. I will reluctantly take my business elsewhere.
DO NOT go to a Team Car Care Jiffy Lube. My Lexus GS300 is TOTALED because they lied about providing a coolant change. They admitted to it over the phone, and now are just completely ignoring me about getting the issue resolved. They also left a rag in my engine?! The overall customer review rating on BBB at 1.33/5 is far too high. 0/5 would fit better.
I would like to know how a $69 Oil Change with a $15.00 credit ends up being $83.26 and you are not told the total until the work is complete. This is a total scam.
Took my car in on 1/31/21 for a standard oil change, was told my rear brakes and rotors needed changing and it would take two hours. I agreed for them to do it, however it took nearly four hours - I was little irritated, but was it fine, whatever; they're probably just making sure they did a good job right? This place ( Jiffy Lube) is the worst. I went into Jiffy Lube location in Bensalem Pa. on January 19, 2021. I am so sorry I did. What started out for me needing my oil changed ended up with me purchasing a power steering pump, brakes and rotors. The horrible thing about it the ( I say this lightly) mechanic punctured a hole in the hose that runs from the steering wheel to the power steering pump.
