Do not use this Jiffy Lube! My car (2016 Subaru Outback) was serviced on Monday, 12/19 and on Thursday, 12/22 the car broke down on I80 in Pennsylvania as my son was coming home for Christmas. Attached are the images from a mechanic in Mercer, PA that shows the missing oil drain plug, engine oil all over the bottom of the car, and internal damage to the engine. This place couldn't get any worse. I went to there Puyallup location where they admitted they damaged the oil filter housing, which happens to be part of the crank case assembly. Now i am being told they aren't going to do anything. Now, they are making up stuff they did to say it is fine and works perfectly. Yes, this is after they admitted they caused the damage. Can you say "Fraud"? I went in to the Carlsbad (Paseo Del Norte) location for an oil change. Workers drained the oil & refilled it but did NOT replace the filter nor do anything else. When they were "finished" one of the workers asked me to pay the full price of something like $125.00. Before handing over my card to pay I asked if they replaced the filter. $110 for an oil change???? (plus tax). I sent my teenage son to Jiffy Lube in Glenview (store #***) to get his first lesson in getting an oil change for my SUBARU and ****! I got the lesson!! I took my car for an oil change on 8/9/2022, my car started making a loud rattling noise so I took it for a second opinion to check out the issue. It turns out that when my oil was changed back in August, it was done incorrectly causing it to start leaking. Ryan and his staff decide the I the African American Male who was first in line in front of the Caucasian American female deserved to have his car service second and decided to do her inspection first before mine. When I brought this to the attention of Ryan the manager he was very dismissive and he and the technicians joked and laughed between themselves. Went to Jiffy lube on August 18, 2022 for an oil change and there were 20 people on my car talking playing and joking around Was there for an hour while they are trying to seel me services I didn't ask for and flirting...after I left jiffy lube about 2 hours later my engine locked up had I towed home and had to wait for my mechanic to come off vacation to check my car so it sat for about 3 weeks ... I took my car for an oil change back in Jan 2021 at Jiffy Lube Wethersfield in CT. This oil change ended up costing $1000 in repairs.. Jiffy Lube cracked my oil gasket creating an oil leak and upon taking it to a different repair shop, they never even changed the oil filter. Not to mention my entire experience was awful. The team is rude, lazy and sexist as when I brought it back to the jiffy lube with a leak they referred to me as a "girl with daddy's money".
