Completely unacceptable, waited 10 mins just for air. A bay was completely open and there where 4 people working. We were not given a jiffy lube greeting or send off. As an ex employee to another jiffy lube this is really upsetting.

Awesome service and fare price they get you in and out quick. Will be going back. I drive through Dixon on my way home from work every day.
I make a special trip to these guys to get my vehicle serviced. Excellent service & very friendly staff!
First time there and the service was fast and friendly. Even witnessed the staff explain to a lady why she didn't need her oil changed, but still inspected her car and topped off her fluids on the house instead of charging her for service she didn't need.
Pulled in, had a flat tire. The staff filled it with air and found a hole. The manager Mike personally called all the tire shops in the area, and found a tire at Moore Tires. Moore did not deliver, so they removed the tire and personally took it to Rock Falls to get replaced. This was totally above and beyond what they had to do, and they were absolutely great about it. Will always come back here. Customer service at its best!
